Idiotic move if it happens. Common people need affordable smartphones. What alternatives do we have if Chinese phones are banned? Even "Indian" phones are Chinese re-branded sets.

G52 and G82 can still be called decent phones, except the processor should've been 720G. Heck, they can go with Dimensity 700 for all I care and still have good sales!
Yes I use MicroSD card, its a big factor/feature when am buying a phone, also headphone jack, fast charging & large 5000mAh battery. Also Motorola is doing great at midrange devices in 2022, Nokia/HMD should take notes.
16gb Micro SD Card - I bought it 6 years ago. I'm having it in my phone just not to lose it anywhere else. Otherwise I'm not storing anything in it as 128gb internal storage is enough.
Previously, in my Micromax Days, I used to get mobiles that exclusively had the SD card slot. That way, I could save my photos on the card, and need not worry about cloud backup and all. Also, games could be installed in the SD card, plus there was this MOD which I used to use where I could use part of the SD card as RAM and "Supposedly" increase ram space. Alas, Micro SD card has the same fate as 3.5 mm. I truly miss dedicated Micro SD card options.
I'm using a galaxy A23 with a dedicated SD card slot. One of the major reasons (that and FHD LCD with OIS) for getting the phone. This way I can load my memory card with Apple Music Lossless downloads and the internal storage is free for apps, photos and videos.
I ise a sandisk extrme 64 gb on my phone with 64 gb internal storage it just costs around 900 rs and has very fast read write speed so my phone is never having any issue. Having that extra slot has its benefits.
I use a 64 GB SD card to keep some of my college time videos. My Mom still waits for either a 10TB memory card or a phone with 10 SD card slots since that's the amount of crap she keeps on her phone!🤦🏻♂️ I'm sure it still won't suffice.
Bought g32 and then returned it. Charging very slow and battery discharge was also very rapid. I don't if I got a faulty piece or its with every g32 Moto.
Moto going the Samsung Way of launching more and more phones in every 1500 price bracket range. But they are doing a good job - Stock Android and No Bloat
Instead of launching so much phones with just ₹750 - 1000 - 1500 difference , they should have reduced the price of the G52 by ₹1500 - 2000 , then G52 would become the best phone under ₹13000 and Moto's sales would rise like BOOM !
@@HappyCamper-i2i Camera is what you expect from moto, other then that only 2 problems. You can't call record and the battery isn't working properly maybe that's a single unit issue. But still it lasts a day.
If govt plans on banning Chinese phones under 12k, then Indian companies have to match these Chinese budget phones or if not price it lesser than those....

In 2019 August i think, we got redmi nite 7 pro with SD 675 with 4/64 storage option for 13999 (without dedicated sd card slot). Looks like in 2022 not much has changed except its highly impossible to get a decent phone around 14 to 15k in current market apart from few exceptions. Atleast redmi note 7 pro was good in some aspects like camera.

Moto G62 or any Edge series coming , in lower end.... what about an edge 30 fusion ?!! I want a near stock android phone, Moto is my only option now, But only 1 Android update in G series is sad, they should give 2 to 6gb models. Still on my MI A1.
In oct 2019 i bought realme 5pro 6/64 gb varient with sd712 for 12449/- ...almost 3 years and still this phone running very smoothly ❤️ this pH can record 4k video and nowadays pH launching with price of 16k 17k and can't record 4k video. time changed a lot nd value of money has gone down 😔 Edit: nd I use 128 gb memory card since 2020 ...nd that's important for me 😌😌
M waiting Samsung to launch flagship with ip68 3.5mm jack with SD Card slot Bcz my last MI note 10 pro max wch was ip53 certified fcuked my all data so i keep my data on SD card and it's easy peasy to move sd card to new phone rather than backing up all data So icn save my battery by doing auto back up off
