Yet another very interesting video Mark, hope more are to come before long. I'm ashamed to admit that I've had enough with the original 'lego' switch gear.. I just hope the Tomasselli/Domino switchgear I have to replace it proves to be reliable.

Ah great stuff! More Guzz goodness! I ditched the stock switchgear and put a relay on the headlight feed. Got rid of the dark switchover between beams too!

Thanks for uploading Mark. Last time I took those switches apart, I vowed I wouldn't again! Relay would be a good idea on headlights.

I've been watching the videos you made. Great job! I'm about to start on my 1975 V1 Convert. Hopefully won't have to go to the extent you did but probably will just to get everything cleaned and vapor blasted.

Interestingly, this machine can generate 90 hp without any real reliability problems. Really, it can. And you'll like it.
