Thanks for the overview. Would have preferred a closer zoom on the playthrough tbh as it wasn't really possible to follow what was being crossed out from far away.
Cancelled my preorder for Three Sisters because I worried it’d feel samey after a few plays. And about the tracking of combos. Does MC feel like the replayability is better than the others?
Didn't realize this was on the horizon. I was thinking about Three Sisters, but was worried it wouldn't be a big enough change from Fleet: TDG; I'll definitely be checking this out. Great review, Alex!
incoming random comment: i remembered you have a review/statement on Hate leaving your collection but i cant for the life of me find that video... am I imagine things?
Got three sisters, have not got it to the table yet. I am tempted to get this but I said no Kickstarters 2022. We have to see about that, depend on delivery cost, vat and such.
Three sisters is not bad. I have many roll and write games and this one is interesting. There is a lot going on, but there is definitely a specific strategy that I think you have to follow to maximize your scoring opportunity, but there is a lot of randomness to accomplish that strategy based on the dice roles and other players choices. I would give it a solid 7 out of 10. Maybe not the first roll and write I would pick up, but happy to play it.
