A Brushless motor's torque does not depend on the KV rating. Or at least, does not depend directly on KV. Yes, KV and KT motor constants describe torque but do it in relation to the current.
Current depends on voltage and resistance. If you just increase the KV by winding the motors with thinner wire and more turns, KV will increase, but resistance will increase as well. As a result, higher KT is counteracted by higher resistance and torque does not change.
To increase the electric motor's torque, you can do two things:
1 - increase the motor size while keeping the same KV
2 - increase the voltage
