Thank you. I only have one video on motorway riding, and I'm not sure I cover joining it in depth. I'll add it to the list though, thank you for the suggestion . The main points are: Get your speed up on the slip road to match the speed of the traffic you are joining. Avoid getting into the blind spot of any vehicles in lane one on the road you are joining (either aim to join ahead or behind them). When joining, consider the traffic in lane 2 moving into lane 1, not looking for you, as you also move into it from the opposite side. Always do a lifesaver as the last thing you do before you join. There can be something as big as a lorry in your blindspot. Allow yourself time to acclimatise to the new road before rushing to change lanes once on the main carriageway. Check your mirrors more than once to assess the speed of following vehicles. Look once to see them, look again to assess how much ground they've covered since your first look. This will help you change lanes safely, without causing other vehicles to have to brake. Best of luck for your module 2 😊

Hi Danny, thank you, I'm glad you're enjoying the channel. I definitely prefer to be behind both students: we position ourselves so that we can see fully ahead of them both, and it is much easier to anticipate hazards ahead than behind or be trying to watch one rider in the mirrors at the same time as watching a rider ahead. Effectively an instructor is planning much further ahead of the lead rider, through good positioning to gain the view, and years of experience of anticipation and forward planning. Thanks again
