I think it can be argued both ways, and that's why I'm not a fan of the video. Both the driver and motorcycles were at fault. The motorcycles I don't think were in the wrong for pulling out but should have speeded up. I don't feel like the SUV should have honked, which ultimately is what sparked it all had he not done that it might have gone differently. (Not saying their motorcycle reaction was validated because it defiently was not.)
