A motorcycle rider tried his luck for the second time, by entering the barriered section of the exclusive EDSA bus lane - just moments after being apprehended and ticketed by SAICT enforcers.
Having a dedicated bus lane works. But I hope they can improve it by having more stations. Also, the current system is not PWD friendly, esp. those on a wheelchair.
Mabuhay ka sir! Thanks for your unwavering service to the Philippines 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Dito sa Singapore, public buses are meant to be like this. Our infrastructure may not be on par, we should learn to follow the rules as it's meant to help more people (e.g. masses of people using bus system)
I think the best way is for GA to do a live stream where people can donate online easily. He's gonna need someone to watch the comments so he can answer question.
When a license is confiscated, They are given a temporary license that lasts for 1 week.. so they have a week to pay the fines and get their license back
@@zenmaster8826That is when they do pay their fines within a week, I doubt it. Bus lane violators will always take their chances in violating rules, that's why they ride the bus lane even though they know they're not allowed there.😊
@@zenmaster8826 i don’t want to say its not a bad idea but it is a bad idea knowing that most of the violators will be reluctant to do anything about getting their license back because they can just ignore the law and not care.
In the US (depending on the state law), you cannot drive without a license because if your license get confiscated the law enforcement will never let you drive and will let somebody you know pick you up because your vehicle will be towed automatically.
Suggestion for EDSA bus lane: Reversing the bus lane flow, EDSA Bus heading south will drive on the Northbound bus lane and v.v. This will prevent non authorized vehicles to use the bus lane and fix the door location on the bus since all bus stops along EDSA is a center island.
SAICT & GA...keep up the great work! I hope you won't succumb to this negative trait - "Ningas kugon is a cultural trait in Filipino culture that refers to the tendency to start something with great enthusiasm but then quickly lose interest or fail to follow through."
You should check the south most edsa bus carousel going to Mall of Asia, specifically at edsa extension/macapagal avenue crossing. It's chaotic. MMDA should fix that area. All buses block every vehicle that is turning left to south bound macapagal avenue when traffic light goes green.
not the mention that these buses are blocking the tramo flyover. gadget addict is all praises to the bus carousell but completely ignoring these things. lately 2 brothers, driver and the conductors are caught by a passenger using drugs. also in ayala edsa these buses cause traffic jam in the area. and still gadget addict is very quiet regarding these things. case of a very biased reporting?
@@arel452 If he can't do it, why not volunteer yourself? Nobody is going to stop you so why not go ahead? Or are you just chicken and don't have the "balls" to do what GA does?
@@arel452he is not biased. Bus lane is actually working but is not perfect. What you said is very isolated case compared to what it helps to the commuters. Now tell me again if he is biased or you are. Are you a kamote rider as well?
Maybe it’s about time the motorcycle taxi companies step in to help reduce or eliminate their riders from violating the law specifically the bus lane violations. Why don’t they set a rule that if you intentionally violate the law you’ll be out of jobs?
It’s time to put a physical barrier between the bus lane and regular lanes. i.e speed bumps or steel cables. In addition, if the motorists receives multiple tickets, they should be arrested and banned from riding or driving again.
The lane looks empty enough that regional buses should be allowed... Any bus is transporting 50 people, so what's the difference? It's not like those people chose an irresponsible transport.
Keep it up Bruv and though it's hard at times to keep repeating and pointing out common sense to many commentors who are not even looking at the obvious, keep up the good fight 🤘🏼🚴🏼♂️🏍️🚙🚌
*akala ng mga kamote di sila makikita na pumasok sa bus lane kasi naka invisible mode, di nila alam may biyakugan ang mga enforcer, salamat sa mga donasyon nyo, pasok kayo ulit sa bus lane😂*
A serious violation of entering the bus lane resulted in a hefty fine of six million pesos for both the driver and rider. In Malaysia, such fines are taken very seriously, and strict adherence to traffic rules is required. Failure to comply may lead to suspension of your license and a fine of five hundred thousand ringgit. It is important to educate oneself about bus lanes and not engage in reckless behavior, as the consequences can be severe. Comparing the consequences in different countries shows the importance of respecting traffic regulations and avoiding unnecessary risks and avoid jail time.
Sir can you suggest to the team leader that they can check also the driver license if it is fake or real because they are not afraid of the violation maybe some of them are fake licence
3:40 dude maybe you can set up secondary stationary camera while you still use your main one? if there's a way you can stream live that'd be great too, viewers can timestamp any violators that you may have missed.
People that are very against the exclusive lane for buses doesn't know the concept of a Bus Rapid Transti. Being a private transportation-centered country needs to change as it does not benefit the country. More Public Transportation will benefit everyone, not just the commuters.
at this point, triple the first offense penalty. a lot of these people are too rich. lmao. OR probably they are using somebody else's ID number with their fake license.
I absolutely disagree with the fact that ambulances that are empty should not be allowed in the bus lane. Nandun na tayo may mga abusado, but do we really want to gamble with peoples lives? Being a first responder getting to the scene of the emergency and treating and stabilizing the patient is as important as getting them to a hospital. Seconds count. Gets ko may mag ugok na gagamitin and ambulansya para sa sarili nilang kapakanan, pero mas IMPORTANTE ang buhay ng tao. "Aanhin mo pa ang damo kung patay na ang kabayo?" And please, whoever comments, don't get smart with me about the kabayo bit. You won't win.
Why the other bus came provinces are got ticket bus lane is for bus 🚎 bus lane are for why he got a ticket that not fair just because they came province
