From my time living in the UK as an American, I will always remember Hull as the last place in the West, and one of the last places in the entire world I’d want to live. It is a destitute depressing slum of a sh-hole.

People don’t give Germany enough credit as a touring destination. It’s beautiful, the roads and road quality are amazing, cops are cool as long as you can demonstrate you know what you’re doing and don’t do anything dangerous, and speeding safely doesn’t count as dangerous, and don’t refer to them as ‘der Shweine’ (informal) has to be ‘Sie Shweine’ (formal).

Would really love to be part of a ride next year if possible I live in Worksop

Thoroughly enjoyed your video, especially your visit to Colditz Castle. I used to go with friends to East Germany in the 1980s to see and photograph the steam trains still running there. One place that we went to was Colditz and we got a photo of a steam hauled freight train crossing the river bridge. Since reunification a lot of money has been spent restoring the castle.

Loved the video, (music was good for first 30 seconds) thinking of doing Europe tour next year. Buy 2nd hand bike in England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 and go for it. Have relatives in Holland and want to do Eastern Europe also . Cheers 🇳🇿👍

Cant beat a couple of GS's touring Germany video, I done Colditz in one hit from the Amsterdam ferry, not recommended 😢 now the wife insists the days are only three hundred miles between hotels 😂 it would be nice to have the towns you pass through in a caption for reference, keep up the good work 👍😎🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Visited Colditz Castle as part of a battle field tour back in 2005. They were converting part of the accommodation into a hostel then
