I ride, 2022 BMW R1250 Rallye GSA TE, KTM 250 EXF-F enduro 2017 I've been riding bike's from being very young so over 50 ish yrs... Love riding enduro but no longer doing events due to health reasons. I am a ex profesional motorsport photographer and with that love landscape and urban photography... I have only recently gone back to riding road bikes and suddenly found a new passion for touring with the wife and friends. So from that I decided to make videos of our adventures. My current camera set up is, Sony a7 Mk4 with a selection of lenses Gopro hero 10 Black Gppro hero 5 Black Mavic Air drone Nikon P7000 to carry in the pocket
Great vids of the ACT route. Well done on a outstanding effort! Two things learned for me, don't do it in the rainy season and don't use big heavy bikes!
Hi Gary, yep and yep,,,, it was a real challenge but god we had fun, i did feel for the other guys being dealt those conditions with so little experience... BUT we did it and we all said never again on big GSA ... all the best
Could do with more information. Hotel names, location, ruff prices, tolls location and prices. Points of interest. Names of roads and places you visited. Good scenic cafes along the way…etc…etc
Nice to see someone getting off the usual biker roads, but be careful on those moor top roads - there are ditches at the side of them, filled with long grass so they're almost invisible, and I've had startled deer jump out of them right in front of me.
Great Video and I have been on ALL those scenic routes over the past 45 years. Born In Skipton, the Dales were my playground and stomping ground throughout my youth... mainly on a Yammy Rd250! remember those?? My Mother was the landlady at "The Station Inn" at Ribblehead from 1979-1982. Still biking and never tire of the gorgeous scenery which I used to miss because I had my "Head down-Arse up" Now I just chug around at slower pace and drink it all in. I now live in West Yorkshire and love discovering all the local areas and on the border with Derbyshire ( Mi Duck). Discovering new and un-seen routes along the way, I just point and steer and see if I can get lost on a quiet Sunday morning. Fancy a ride-out Buddy? I will bring my drone for some great aeriel footage! 👍
Outstanding trip, riding, videoing, scenery, and guy's. Watched every one. Thanks so much for putting it all together and taking us along. What a great group of guy's.
Sadly you got bad luck on the weather... This stage has some of the best scenic landscape. Always nice to see guys on a motorbike going across "my" backyard. Keep it going. Nice to meet your channel ✌
great video and nice to see open French roads and small villages at sensible speeds, unlike our recent tour to Germany too many many miles and no time to look about - France again next year for me I think
Good Morning thank you for taking a look, glad you enjoyed it, we try and keep the milage sensible so we can have lots of stops, coffe and cake etc.. We loved the open country side it was so chilled just cruising along taking rubbish on the coms etc, tune in for the upcoming episodes.. all the best.
Hi thank you for taking a look 👍 it was the end of April we set off … we have a video coming out soon that makes the Pyrenees look flat so keep a eye out or even subscribe 👍👍👍👍 all the best
Hi All. Thanks for the nice youtube film. I enjoyed it very much. You faced very rainy days in Portugal. I was just wondering in the situation at the Roman bridge, did you lower the tire pressure for more grip on the stones ?
Hi thank you for taking a look appreciated, to be honest we just had to get up and over the Roman bridges just by brute force because as we got there we had light rain and the stones and rocks were just like glass so lowering the tyre pressure wouldn’t really have made much difference plus we were fully load and we worried about damage to the rims and pinch punctures…. Hope this answers your question my friend 👌
@@adventuresontheroadandywiley I’m a Scouser now living in Scottsdale, AZ. Scorching hot here lads…I’ll never complain about the rain in the UK ever again.
Hi thanks for watching, yes I more than agree as if you watch my Act video and Pyrenees video you will see we do take our gsa off road but this time on a very steep incline and a tired wife on the back I thought best not 👍👍👍all the best
Hi thanks for taking a look, you are more than welcome to have the route, if you have got the MRA app then you can search for me and add me as a friend and I will give you access to the route with pleasure or send me your email address and I will send you the GPX files... all the best
THE joy on your missus face waiting for the chairlift to pick her up.. beautiful, those are moments of irreplaceable pure joy . Thanks for sharing Andy
ahhhhh, a fellow MyRouteApp user I see if I'm not mistaken. I love Scotland for riding, one of the best places there is. Weather can be iffy and change at the drop of a hat, but who cares. Gotta love the Ba too. Stunning everywhere ya look. And as sure as it is you'll get rain in Scotland, so it is that Ducati's get problems. Thanks for posting
Hi yes I think the MRA app is brilliant and so simple to use, add me as a friend on the app and we can share routes if you wish. I have just subbed to your site and will have a look at some of your adventures 👍👍👍 all the best my friend
