MotorGuide Xi3 36" Trolling Motor - Unbox to Kayak - Installation Demo 

Can I use this to replace an old motorguide 36" shaft TM on a 17' tracker bass boat?

Does the GPS have to be calibrated every time you go out fishing? Or, is it just a one time thing?

Does the Xi3 Kayak with GPS come with a 2 Blade Prop as well? I only ask as I have been told the 3 blade prop doesn't fit in all drive cavities in some Kayaks.

I dont know guys 36" still seems like too much shaft. Kayaks are great because they allow you to go in shallower water . That thing hangs down another 14-16" below the keel not to mention how much the head sticks up. Fighting a big fish around that bow looks like trouble. Any plans on a shorter one. I bet you could chop 8-10 inches and still be perfect for most kayaks.
