not really if you consider budget. dual venture costs as much as typical front and rear combined, thats insane ; id rather take k60 ranger, or newest trailmax raid

Do you find them noisy on sealed roads?

Yes, as they are wearing down, they seem to be getting noisier. Having a higher tyre pressure on sealed roads reduced the noise, but it is OK.

I think I will try the Dualventure next. Hopefully they will be OK for rocky creek beds like in the Flinders Ranges.

@@HardPackedADV I think you’ll like them. They should be great on the rocks. My mate had a tkc80 on the front of his 790 and he got 2 punctures on our BH trip. From thorns! They were probably worn past 50%, but I had no issues with the DV’s. FYI, we were scratching around in The Hill on Sunday morning trying to stop the leak as the punctures were very close together and the plugs were leaking, and he had no tube. We bumped into a guy at the servo who told us to follow him to Rob’s dirt bikes. We got Rob out of bed to fit a new tube, but he had a new Motoz rally and fitted it right there and then. Bloody legend. The place looks pretty rough, but they have most things to get you out of trouble. Look them up if you’re near broken hill and need any mechanical assistance. Great blokes and know dirt bikes. See you on the trails.

I'd be really interested in knowing how the Motoz Dual Venture works out for you.

@@HardPackedADV Only got 500-1000k's on them so far with 80% of that being road use. Definitely quieter and better on road than the RallZ I had on the front but how the Dual Venture performs off road in comparison is a question I am keen to find out the answer to myself.

@@bikeaction. Whats the grip of the Dual Venture like on the road if the pace gets up in the twisties? And also in the wet on the road.?

@@scott2ride only done about 1000kms on the Dual Venture tyre so far so a bit early to call but certainly smoother, quieter and a little better than the Rallz on the road in my initial impressions. Whether it performs as good as the Rallz off road. Time well tell👍

Thanks Steve, I will possibly change to a Motoz Rallz for the front next. We (I), tend to do a lot of dirt and gravel roads, possibly 90% dirt.

Hi, yes they can be noisy, especially if you run low pressures on hard road surfaces.

I have had no issues at all. This was something that I was concerned with but no issues so far. Maybe it's the pressure that they are running in their tyre.

I have recently put these on and had read reports of some head shake. I have had none of that fortunately. Admittedly I have added a higher quality dampener, but could not tell you if that’s been a factor or not. Road noise has not bothered me, well within acceptable range. Ahead of expectation actually. Coming from Pirelli STR, great on tarmac rubbish off road, these Motoz tyres have been fantastic for me. Off road game changer compared to previous tyre. Every ride I am reminded how good they are. Happy!

@@matilda_playz9496 Im on 2nd set of the Pirelli STR now on my Norden 901 and looking to change. I have come from road bikes and tend to still ride the Norden like a sports bike on the road. So am hoping to find a tyre that has close to the STR level of grip on the road and wet roads. But has much better grip off road. I should mention my off road skills are rubbish and so far am just doing gravel roads and forestry tracks. But wanting to do a little more adventurous (but the STR tyres didnt help ). Which Motoz did you get? How have you found them on road? On road in the wet? And obviously off road they are significantly better than the STR.

Sounds like to have plenty of grunt going to the back wheel.
