Mott The Hoople 74 Medley Glasgow Barrowland Ballroom 20th April 2019 

I got news for the world... RANT band is making buffin overend and mick proud .... and bringing tears to my eyes of the younger days of my life.

When I saw them 4 years ago this was the highlight of the show. Jerkin' Crocus into One of The Boys and the rest .......simply brilliant. What I had waited to hear for so many years. And Mr. Bender is having TOO much fun! Is his guitar even plugged in??!?!?

Saw this at the Uris, Queen opened 1974….tremendous.

Outstanding! I just missed the US leg of your tour by 2 days, but this Glasgow show had me dancing on my couch. Saw you young dudes back in '72 at the old Kiel Auditorium/ St. Louis on a bill with Bloodrock, Fleetwood Mac for K-SHE95 and promoted by Mr. clusterfuck himself, Ron Powell of St. Louis Stereo. Mott kicked all the other bands asses! Saw Mott again in '74, again at Kiel, with Queen opening, for their first visit stateside. You both rocked extra-hard that night, so thanks for some great memories.
