Yeah, I am really grateful and excited to have gotten this custom wing set from Ian over at Studio Grayskull on Instagram. He watched my Sorceress review a while back and heard my gripe about the bland cape on this figure. So he had a good idea to make some custom ones and then send them to me for free! Hey Rickster! Thanks for stopping in already! Yeah I remember seeing someone else one time make some kind of custom sorceress with the wings of Zoar online. I been thinking about using some kind of rubber wings of a Spawn or Motu figure to make some Custom Wings for this Masterverse Sorceress for a while. But I just never did. I'm super Grateful for these wings from Studio Grayskull on Instagram. Much better idea than I had!

Probably because the rumor was female figures don't sell. But who knows? These toy companies never make any sense.

And we all know the popular female figures are some of the most requested ones in the Motu series like The Sorceress, She-Ra, Catra, Teela, Evil-Lyn, and Shadow to name a few! The Sorceress needs printed or Sculped wings at least on display. Not a rag cape!

Congrats on getting her from eBay with a low price! Yeah, nothing wrong with liking the simple wing cape she comes with! It works for what it has to do. Thanks for watching and sharing those suggestions. Yeah my buddy also asked about a custom skirt. That would probably look great with these wings. That skirt definitely hinders the articulation. I'm not sure if I want to customize it to look more classic or just leave it for now. I kind of like it aside from the issues it has with the articulation. But I usually just stand her straight up anyway.

Thanks for checking out this custom Sorceress wings review review! I think they came out awesome! It's enough for my figure for sure! I also researched an idea to make a pair of custom wings with smaller artificial features. But I couldn't find good size or accurate colors. It's also a ton of work. I'm not sure if anyone tried a custom feature setup yet. I'm sure there are a few different ideas for a wash or colors that could have also been done on these. But I think what Studio Grayskull did for this set of wings works perfectly for my figure 👍

I always wish she had a better wing design. This cardboard wing set with cut and painted features works great for my figure now! Maybe a New Eternia Sorceress will show up down the road for Masterverse 👌
