First, Lidia sounded AMAZING on the intro! From what I saw on this motus nova and the last video, it didn't seem like Lidia was engaged in doing the exercises. She was looking around and it seemed like she was distracted. From my research on the hand mentor, including speaking with patients who've seen meaningful gains, you have to be fully engaged when doing the exercisesa, including actively thinking about the movement while it's actively assisting your hand. And the movement in the wrist is supposed to translate to the hand and elbow. The bigger issue is cost and time. The neurological connections need to control gross and fine motor function in the hand takes a long time to develop. At $399 per month, that can be incredibly pricey. I would love to try the MN Hand Mentor, but that is a huge expenditure I'm having a hard time justifying.
We used it every day for two months. We didn’t see any super noticeable differences with it. And the monthly cost was to much. Maybe our expectations were to high. We could justify it.
On their website it says $399US per month. They will make a deal with you where if you post 8 times on social media within the first month, they'll give you the second month free. There are special deals that they give you depending on if you continue to post to social media your progress.
