Wow, sounds bad but I’m so happy to hear that others have to deal with the comments about their body. I have been heavy for 15 years and family and friends always comment on my body. I get so sick of it.

I am a RD.. eat protein first on your dinner plate. Women need to start 30-35g of fiber daily before starting a glp. Sugar will now up regulate cancer cell production if your not having blood sugar spikes anymore if haven’t changed your diet
My hurdle is food sensitivities. If I eat eggs or drink dairy I will itch for a few days. I have to stay away from them. One of the number one sources of protein is always eggs and Greek yogurt. I have a zepbound prescription now but I worry that I won’t be able to consistently get enough protein.
What about vegetarians and vegans, that's me. Kite hill makes a vegan greek yogurt, and learn to make a tofu scramble, vegan protein powder in smoothies. Its sad to me that a girl like this has all this education and spreads messages that ground meat and pork/bacon is healthy, and she thinks vegetables aren't great because they go bad?? I need fresh vegetables, every time I try frozen it upsets my stomach. I don't like frozen fruit either unless I freeze it fresh. Shes giving super generic advice.
She didn’t say veggies were bad and eat bacon. She said she eats pork loin, though many don’t, and that a client ran into issues with not eating fresh veggies fast enough and suggested frozen in that case.
