Great video. My blood pressure is largely hereditary and I may be on meds for the rest of my life. BUT weight loss does reduce the number and doses of high blood pressure meds I need to manage my blood pressure. I have lost half of my goal since April 2024 when I started on Zepbound. I am now down to one med and it is half the previous dosage. 🙂
Went to Dr yesterday for my 6 month check up. I apologize to him as he put the cuff on my arm, cause I hadn't taken my meds in a few days. But the reading was the lowest it's been in months!! I say it's more with the meds but I'm sure 50 pounds lost helped! He did not take me off..YET!
