The museum is free to entre and is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday I believe. The owner Jeroen is a fantastic guy speaking Dutch and English amongst bits of German and other languages, so it is easy to listen to him tell you all about the bikes, and the history behind them, and also the history of how the mountain bike came into exitance.
Please check their website to be sure of when it is open to avoid disappointment.
Hire bikes are available for small groups, and there is an array of trails starting outside of the museum its self. With amazing wooded areas all around, and the city of Arnhem close by. there are plenty of restaurants and places to stay. I also believe that camping is available close by as well.
