Through the years, I get asked a lot on how to prepare for the mountains. I am fortunate that through my work guiding and filming, I am able to stay in shape by just doing it. There is no replacing training by doing the activity you are training for. I tried to boil down a few of the key things that hunters encounter in the mountains on a hunt and make a way that the exact thing can be somewhat replicated wherever you live, and integrated into a busy life.
This is a new idea for me that I wanted to try out. Hopefully it helps some people get ready for their next elk or deer hunt. Please let me know if it helps you. Thanks again for all the support.
