Man, I just love these big saws. I hope that you get down around North Carolina in the lower 48 so I can shake your hand and thank you in person for everything you do for us all. Much love to you Buckin. Myrtle Beach isn’t far from where I live 🤔🫡
Don't forget to turn the oiler up to max. The other method I saw on Bjarney,s RU-vids that I had not seen before was where his 572 and 592 fitted with Stihl long and light bars, when his chain would derail while clearing brush, he would flex the bar (bend it) to get room to refit the chain without need to retighten.
Im watching a bloke in crocs with his hoodie tucked in his tracksuit pants. He's amazing. He's the real deal. And he's giving the best info on the internet.
Buckin, was out at the scout camp (Ohio) doing some clearing and bucking today and the guys had long bars. You had some positive influence with this! Thank you!
Great video on mounting bar! Thank you. Have both 372xp and 365xp at work. 365xp is great firewood saw. Have had the privilege to demo all the auto tunes and have run older style 372xp saws among others and love them all. Excited for more 372xp! Tried and true model.
Thanks buckin for the shout out the camera definitely added 10 pounds lol my fiancé did make me look huge lol thank you so much for your content I had a 365 years ago I loved it wish I still had it but if I can win one of your giveaways I will definitely run the Stihl lightweight bar 28 or 32 Ps I am 100% ok with you sharing the photo love you brother
Once again GREAT ! ! ! Back in the early 70s I worked for man who lived with what sold in fire wood or dowing a tree in there yard. I LOVED IT helping him and yes I would get something for the day. AS THEY SAY THE GOOD OLD DAYS TAKE CARE AND STAY WELL ALL
Buckin, great job. You have taught me so much thank you. Your a blessing to all of us wood Addicts. Stay blessed Keep it between the ditches. P.S. i havent seen your cousin cletus around in awhile is he ok?
Mr Buckin Sir. you look like you've been loosing weight 💪💪💪. live healthy eating healthy. . awesome video thank you....PS. I open them tiny oil holes on the bar with a drill bit 💪
The Husky bar is made by Sugihara. Fantastic quality, steel is unmatched in durability. But it’s the heaviest lightweight bar out there. Very close to the weight of a standard bar, compared to a Stihl ESLight or the slightly heavier Tsumura.
Awesome!!! I literally pulled my 28inch lightweight stihl bar off a saw to put on my 372 rhis morning, but the adapter i bought is not the right size for the studs...my fault totally!!!! Thats crazy you put this video up today!! I wonder if on a 28inch, i should go to the knockout like ya did on that 32?? Ill give er a shot, but have to wait on my new adapter😅😅 and i wish everyone the best of luck on this channel on winning one of the powersaws....that would be a complete honor to own one that has been ran from BBR....thats like finding a diamond on the rough brother....love wins, love this community like no other❤❤
I am wishing you safe travels always. When you get to Rip Saw please make time for a few minutes of drumming in Pittsburgh... I will have my kit ready for you. 🪘 Bring Nick Pixel along maybe Rex will be ready to try the mandolin...✅🎶🪕
Work hard...Be honest and be kind! Those words touch my heart every time I hear you say them Buckin. I have been with you for around six or seven years and about a year or so back I said something unkind about you and the Lord will not let me forget it. I want to ask your forgiveness my friend. I want to publicly apologize and say that I am sorry and I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me. You have helped me so much over the years and you have lifted my spirit more times than I can count. I love you Buckin!
Love the saw looks very powerful but a bit heavy . I personally only run the stihl bar a chains regardless of brand of saw I find they last a lot longer . Great combo great video 👍
Buckin try out the cannon duralite. Not cheap but they are very nice. They come in Stihl mount but the slot is already longer so you don’t have to grind them like a Stihl bar to fit a husky. Cool video
I have the exact opposite dilemma😂 i was given macculough and husky bars and all i own is stihl saws.... however, about 5 min with a carbide in a die grinder, and voila! A stihl sized D009 bar 😂😂😂
Any chance you have ever owed or run any of the old Stihl 1111 series saws? 051,075,076? Just got my grandfathers old 051 and going to rebuild it into a 076super I hope. Maybe do some milling. Just wondering. Thanks for your message. I just found you a month or so ago through your axe videos and your positivity hooked me. I’m about six months sober and your channel has been a nice surprise for me. Keep it up
After about 12 years of running mine stock I finally ground that restriction fin off the transfer caps, cut a couple gill slits in the muffler, removed the restrictor caps off the jet screws and retuned. Its a whole new saw now, essentially a 372 with a muffler mod.
Hey Buckin', X-TORQ is Husqvarna's fuel scavenging technology which allows for the consumption of excess fuel in the cylinder, increase power and performance and have cleaner emissions by adding a clean air charge to the exhaust. Enjoy!
Funny when husky guy's uses Stihl bars & almost every guide bar manufacturers try to help them make a better bar lol kinda like a Ford guy who says they beat chevys on the track but have a LS under the hood.😂😂😂
I have a husqvarna 372xp clone saw and I’ve bought 3 different bar adapters now and none of them have fit the bar studs, I don’t know if the are slightly different on the clones, it fits over the studs but not where the bar rides, the husky bars fit perfectly on the studs. Last time I tried slightly drilling out the holes in the adapter but it immediately snapped the hole off. Not sure the best approach. Bought a nice sugihara light weight bar in the stihl mount, planned to use on the husky clone.
Hey Hey now. Gonna do 365 next. Just a tuned down version of the 372. Watch the walkers saw shop video, he shows you how to convert it to the 372😮. I think Bellhopper does a video also.😊. You can also convert to a non X-tourq version too.
Do you have preferences on bar profiles? I don’t like how tall Stihl bars are compared to Husky.. Im getting used to it because I have quite a few ES lights right now, but Im used to something a little different.
HI BILLY RAY, EXCELENT AND FUNNY VIDEOS!, I HAVE A HUSKY 365, WOULD YOU USE IT FOR RIP SLABS WITH A 36 INCH BAR?, COULD YOU GIVE ME SOME ADVICE?, THANKS A LOT MAN!
Quick question bbr, how does one avoid getting pinched when boaring into hard leaners? I got pinched just as i was ready to pull the saw out after creating my hinge. Luckily i had another saw behind me and cut the rest of the back cut which released it. I dont think ive seen such a lean.
Leave yourself a bigger hinge, especially on dead trees. If your saw got pinched, then the weight of the tree actually collapsed the hinge wood. It happens sometimes...be safe!👍
As you start the back cut, slip a wedge in once you have room from the bar. Slipping a wedge in once there is room will keep tree from sitting back on bar. Good safety practice from having tree come back on you.
Gotta question buckin, and you may have covered it. I aer my chain and tighten. Not tight but just holding in the bar. And you guessed it! It tightens automatically, way too tight! What’s the deal?
562xp is a great all around saw. Big enough to cut large trees but light enough for fuels reduction projects such as thinning and cutting firewood. They also can be set up with the full wrap and bucking/falling dogs which makes it like a small falling saw. Have owned one and loved it!
Question: I follow Bjarne Butler and you and I'm not sure why you guys are big on Huskies and not Stihl....are they a better saw? thx great videos 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🇨🇦
Both brands have certain models that are great! Preference in a lot of cases. Top two manufacturers though. Have operated both brands for many years and just prefer husqvarna. Liked some Stihl models for wild land fire fighting though.
