I got a new rice cooker and I had to do Chicken Fried Rice. It is a favourite among many, although if you don’t follow the right tips and tricks you can mess it up or have low quality fried rice.
This isn’t a recipe full with all traditional or fully authentic ingredients but it is delicious trust me.
You can also put your little spin on it or what ever you ld like.
📝INGREDIENTS 📝
Enough for 2-3 nice servings
2 and half cups of long grain rice
3 boneless skinless chicken thighs
3 eggs
4 shallots
3 chillies
a bunch of spring onion
4 garlic cloves
1tsp of sesame oil , dark soy sauce
1tb of light soy sauce
1/2 tsp of oyster sauce
1tsp of Salt , sugar , MSG & white pepper
1tsp of garlic and chicken seasoning
optionally some peas , chilli flakes and sesame seeds
cooking oil
