So this could be my nerd room or any of my friends. The particulars of course will vary but the collector's love of what brings them joy will be fully on display as well. Thanks for letting us get a peek behind the curtain, Adam. Also saw you had a copy of The Night Flier. I actually just rewatched it last week for this first time in about 20 years and it still holds up for sure. Also saw you had a copy of Hardboiled hiding back in there too...which is probably one of the best action movies ever made IMO. So awesome... Looking forward to seeing the new spot!

Such a crime that Blackout (1985) never had a DVD release, love that TV movie with its similarity to The Stepfather (1987) even has actor Stephen E. Miller appearing in both.

Quite enjoyed Blackout, was always curious about that one ever since the vhs rental store days. We are toying with the idea of doing a ep on strange straight to tv movies.

Seeing your Doctor Who and Avengers VHS tapes makes me wonder, did you ever watch the series The Prisoner with Patrick McGoohan? How about Blake's 7? Lol, I turned my intro into an outro after a while as well! Still get a big drop off after the first chunk of my videos but losing the intro seemed to halve it.

yeah man, same here, still see that "hockey stick" curve on the retention graph no matter what we do. But you can only compromise your vision of what your own product can be so much before you just become like everyone else. You know I remember my dad talking about the Prisoner but have never seen it, or Blakes 7, I hear Blakes 7 was kinda THE Sci-Fi show for a while though.

@@FrightfullyForgotten The Prisoner is my favourite TV show off all time. Only 17 episodes, so easy to watch the whole thing. Blake's 7 was sort of the nasty sci-fi cousin of Doctor Who back in the day. Created by Terry Nation who has a lot of Doctor Who cred. It is fucking fantastic.

You dont miss much with Scanners 3, bought it sealed for 2$ and shoukd have kept it sealed...Scanners 2 was more enjoyable to watch
