In this video we demonstrate how to use the MultiRoll (Mark 3P) Roller Skids to move a 6000+ lb crate from start to finish. This is considered a 4-Point Rigging application.

thanks for the closeup shot of the handle. I already moved a doublewide manufactured home into place by myself with three of the skids, but never did have a handle. now I can go build one without thinking too much about how to accomplish it.

Why use roller skids instead of the forklift?

Thank you for your inquiry. Roller skids are useful especially when transporting equipment and machinery in tighter quarters or areas where forklifts cannot fit. For example there are areas with lower head room or facilities with narrow aisles requiring sharper turns. Sometimes forklifts are not accessible at all and with the use of a couple of toe jacks and roller skids you can move heavy equipment from one place to the other. I trust this answers your question.
