Tara's definitely a girlboss. She owns a house in LA and now renting an apartment in Toronto. Wow so proud👍😍 btw i would def see Tara choosing the one with sunset and color changing trees things lol. Cant wait for the updates soon!
i was so confused that you were announcing this cos i was like, we've been seeing you in canada in your last couple vlogs and then I realized this was your main channel LOL
Tara makes me feel so good with my life, most RU-vidrs make it seem like they have they’re whole life planned, when in reality there’s a lot of unplanned things that happen in out 20’s... I wish you the best in this new journey, so excited for the Toronto vlogs💖
i’m so happy you made this decision because it’s what you need and it’s what best for Tara!! you seem so much more happy through the vlogs and here in this video! i’m so happy for you!!
I have been watching Tara for awhile now and I definitely know her type and she is definitely gonna choose the apartment with the nice big glass window with the sunset and trees 😌 it's such a beautiful apartment 🥺
I’m 29, when I was 25 I was worried about being 30 BUT as I am closer to 30 I am so excited to see what 30-40’s bring me. 40 is the new 21 lol. No joke I’ve ran into so many who are living and thriving and able financially at 40 and I am excited. ✌🏼
Yes! Someone told me the only thing you're too young to do at 30 is to be 20. Being in my 20s felt a bit like a weird extension of my teenage years, at least until about 25. It's just so crazy now to think back to 15 years ago and how different I was as a teenager and then imagine all the possibilities of what life will be like at 45. It cracks me up because I remember being younger and watching shows where the actors were all in their mid-thirties, and I just never could imagine myself at that point in life...now I'm making plans and setting goals to hit by 35, like it's no biggie and will be here in a flash.
anyone else been watching since the FIDM vlogs? So happy that Tara’s getting a place in Toronto so we can get more Bradey and fam vlogs, she seems so happy here😊
I found your vlog channel when you were moving into (I think) your second apartment in LA back in like 2014 & now you're moving back to Canada! Makes me feel some type of way🥺. So happy for you tho! Really hope you will keep liking it there☺️
Yay I'm so happy to see U with your family because I can tell it is making you a lot happier than being alone in LA and I think the move is gonna be awesome ♥️♥️ Keep up the amazing vlogs
So excited for you and the new videos to come! You are such a sweet hard working and totally deserving person. Enjoy this new chapter in your life and i'm so happy i can follow along. You inspire me to do more, and I truly thank you for that.
I love you in Canada! I live in SD and go to school in ND and last year I started genuinely thinking about moving to Canada and your vids are convincing me! Seeing Canada in your vids makes me love it even more and right now im legit living in a state that borders Canada so its not that far away.
Second building with the view of the sunset and tall wall of windows. Sacrifice and use the island as your work space. This doesn’t have to be a forever decision, just one that works for right now. Much love Tara. I am SO excited for you 😘
This makes me happy. You seem so refreshed and full of joy when you are near your family. So proud of you for all the amazing things you have done! I’ve been here for a while and it is awesome to follow your journey! Can’t wait to see where the future takes you!
Watching this on my lunch break trying to hold back my tears. I’ve been watching you since you lived in your first apartment and went to FIDM in LA and it’s so crazy to see how far you’ve come. I’m so so so happy for you! I’m so excited to see what the future holds for you. You deserve all the success and happiness 😭💞
Lifelong apartment dweller here 🙋🏻♀️ And yes, while amenities are *nice* to have in a building you’ll potentially rent an apartment in, you’re 💯 right about how little you’ll actually use them. Make sure the apartment space itself is what you want. That’s the main priority and goal. THAT is where you’re gonna spend the bulk majority of your time.
I’m actually really excited for Tara! To be able to go home to her own space in LA or be close to her family while still having her own space is truly amazing! I left my family and friends back home in California to move to Texas and I would love to maybe one day own a place in both states to go back and forth when I want to or for vacations or holidays❤️ I can’t wait for the new content to come for it!
I love this because your when work is less busy and not so hectic that you don’t NEED to be in LA you can be in Canada with your fam. Also you’d have a place for Jill to visit and not feel like she is intruding on your fam.
can we talk about how you are G L O W I N G in this video?! i'm so excited to see what happens next, i loveeee moving/decor content haha... also cannot wait to see your bathroom but even more excited to see which apartment you choose!!! 🤍
Corner unit! The view is unbelievable. Can't wait to see it after you put the "Tara Michelle Touch" So excited for you! Your mother and father look so happy to have you back in Canada.
I think the second one your toured has the most "Tara Aesthetic" to it! So excited for you!!! Welcome back to Canada! (I live in British Columbia, but am from Washington State, so I feel ya on the dual Country living sitch)
Your second house budget is double what I can make a month lol I wish I was a smart business woman. I could have this life but damn. I’m a little lazy. 😂❤️
Courtney Sloan yes that’s Canadian prices, that’s what rent is here depends where you live though and what place. Different places are different rent prices depending on how old the building. In LA it would be double that because it’s LA lol
@@Courtneysloan1 Yeah $2400 is about $1830 USD. But that is because she is in Toronto. Where I am in Canada I am renting a 2 bedroom (1300 sq ft) apartment for $800 a month. :)
I’m glad you’re doing bi-costal right now, but I truly think that you’ll end up in Toronto. Since you’ve been back you’ve just been glowing in your videos and you’ve been happier than I’ve seen you in your passed videos lately. Think about where you want your family to be and where you want to raise your children (if you choose to have any!)
Yay for you, girlie!!! Totally into the one with the window wall, balcony (with plug!), sunsets AND washer/dryer. Suggest you stay away from top end one at end... those buildings do have THOSE neighbors... the kind that disapprove of twinkly lights without 12 signatures 🤣😑. So excited for you. Do it!!!!!
The two units at 6:50 and 8:30 are the best in my opinion from a fellow toronto renter! But really considered the neighbourhoods you want to be in as they look completely different from each other.
Omg she RICH RICH. Dang Tara you go girl! I’m the same age as you and just sitting on mounds of debt. You are in such a good position and we are all rooting for you!
I liked both of the units with dens in the first 2 buildings. More space and great layouts. Wish I would have seen the bathrooms cuz counter space and big tubs for bubble baths would be important to me. As far as top choice, I really like the vibe of the downtown building and the apartments with balconies and downtown city views. Something about that downtown building drew me in as positive and more thriving, more action, more going on.
i'm literally so excited and happy for you tara!!!! i started watching you when you moved into your second apartment in LA! watching you be so successful is so cool!!! i love u smmmm
So happy for you and glad to hear that you’re moving to Canada! I hope that being with your loved ones revitalizes you and can’t wait to see the family vlogs ❤️
I am excited for your bicoastal living journey. I think building two could be the one if the price is right and a great unit. A unit where you can watch the leaves change would be amazing!
What would be a smart play for you is to buy a house that can be separated into two apartments and you can rent one out and keep the other for you when you stay in Canada that way you dont have to pay rent each month and the rent check from the renter would basically pay for the mortgage
omg! your super lucky. I’m super proud of you for being where you are now, I look up to you because it’s 15 years away from hopefully achieving some of my biggest dreams! but it’s also okay because years go by super fast for me. love you!
Taraaaa! I'm from toronto too!! you genuinely look so blissful and happy and excited to break through and make this tough decision. Now you get to enjoy cozy snowy toronto Christmas.. fall vibes... AND ALSO Palm tree / BEACH VIBES! So so so amazing. Hope we can be friends :)
I think the best options are the corner unit from the first building and the sunset one from the second one lol. Bestest of luck with this new journey 💕
The best apartment (from my perspective), is the one bedroom with the views of the trees/more nature landscape. It was so bright and beautiful. Plus, you get to see the seasons from your windows!! And that kitchen island was stunning.
You are glowing inside and out. Love watching your apartment tour videos it is interesting to the places in Canada that I might when I need to find my own place.
I think you’ll definitely regret not getting the one bedroom plus den option! You’re such a workaholic and it will be nice to have a small space for work! It will keep you from working in your bed or in your kitchen! Plus easier to keep clean!! I think it will be worth it in the end!😊😊
