I absolutely LOVEE it! I genuinely love Leeds so much as a city, students everywhere, not too busy and not too quiet. My biggest advice in making friends would be to join societies!! I’m in a Malaysian, Christian, and International Student society, there has to be an african society out of the many! it definitely wasn’t easy making friends at first as i entered year 2 straight away but being in a whole new country, there’s sooo much to learn and adapt even living alone. It takes a lot but I would say just put yourself out there, you’ve got nothing to lose. All da best :))

​@@nicolereginecool yes I think ill definetley join societies then ! also, would you say there are activities for people who don't drink/like clubbing? as I worry I might find it difficult during freshers week if everyone is meeting people through night out when its not really my scene? thankyou in advance for all your advice :D
