I wanted to say congratulations to Elijah as well but the comments button is missing so I’m piggybacking off you to wish him well in his new job and new adventures. 😊
Coming over from your parents channel! I’m so happy for you! Your family is lovely and you are such a fine young man! God Bless your new job and adventures! I look forward to watching your videos! I live in NC, about 2 1/2 hrs from Charlotte and I’ve lived in Va. My late husband was the Chief Petty Officer for the US Coast Guard Honor Guard. They served at many events at the White House so I have fond memories of living in Va.
Wow this video is amazing!! Sounds like you have found a perfect job for your gifting! Congrats! And the from the mountains of NC to the mountains of VA- from beauty to beauty!
Let me encourage you: I'm 39 and none of us have it together. ;) Life is wild and some ppl stay at jobs for their whole lives, others have handfuls of jobs they love and excel at, and some start their own businesses. And then there are the mamas that choose to stay home and raise wonderful little babies as their life's work. There's room for everyone and everything. Enjoy your new adventure!!! SO fun!
Elijah! I’m next door in Lexington. Hopefully I’ll see you around!!! Can’t believe you guys are coming to my town after following you guys for so long!
I am so proud of you young man. You make wonderful choices in life always moving forward. Love you and your precious family. You guys have brought me hours of peace and joy. Thank you.
Wow, Elijah, congratulations on your new job and first apartment! It’s exciting as you start your new adventure in a different state with so many opportunities available. Hoping you locate a church and church family for social and most importantly spiritual guidance. Stay strong and God bless you! 😊CarrieJo/NC

Congratulations on your new job, and your new home. You were a beautiful part of our country and it sounds like you’ve got the job that fits you quite well. Wishing you all the best and proud of you.
Congratulations 🎉🎉🎉. 70 here...I moved out at 17 and started adulting early. My first job was at 15...40 hours a week plus school and night school for college for YEARS! Trust me ...be thankful you wanted a bit!
Congrats and best of luck in your new job! Seems like a great career start and perfect fit for creative you! Loved your video! Always a treat watching you develop your skills...🥰
I've been enjoying your parents's channel for a long time. You are such a great mix of the both of them! Your mom said that this video was going to be amazingly well-produced. She still undersold. Awesome work, thanks for sharing!
Your faith prevails for trusting in the LORD! God makes all things possible, Elijah. Life is about risks and you will only find more rewards with finding your way. So happy for you and you shine from above. Blessings!
Good for you Elijah. Early 20s is THE time to move out in my opinion. In the UK there's a trend for grown up kids to hang around until they're late 20s even early 30s with the excuse being they can't afford to move out but let me tell you no-one can ever really afford it - we nearly all have to scrimp and save when we're young - it does no-one any harm! I hope your new career takes off and look forward to following your progress.
Are you going to take some classes too while you’re there? I imagine that the tuition is greatly reduced if you’re an employee and that is such a great perk. Anyway congrats! The job sounds ideal with loads of fun people around and you don’t need a view inside right now, you can just go outside and see the view!
“There is no terror in the bang, only in the anticipation of it.” Alfred Hitchcock. Also, Alfred Hitchcock was known as the “Master of Suspense” as a filmmaker. Using both of those facts from the famous filmmaker, anticipate your future with great joy and go be the best Master of your own destiny. Best of luck. You have a solid foundation from which to build upon.
Congrats on the new "adult" job. Having seen the quality of your videos over the past couple of years, I can see why they felt you were highly qualified for it. They'll be lucky to have you! And I know photography, at least, has pretty much always been a passion of yours! So you're blessed to have a job doing what you love. I am sort of curious, though, about one thing you mentioned. You said the car you're in, you borrowed from your parents. But you didn't seem to be indicating they would be getting it back any time soon? If your sister was using it the day before you left, sounds like your folks may need it? Anyhoo, hopefully the kids at home won't need it until you can return it. Or, maybe, since you chose the less expensive apartment, you had in mind saving for one of your own soon. Anyway, I love that you've found a job you're excited about. Reminds me of a saying that went something like, "If you find an occupation you love, you'll never 'work' a day in your life!" In other doing something you love won't even feel like work!! 😊
Good luck on this journey numbers6:24-26 I pray this for you I respect you for seeking a job and starting a new chapter Your parents must be proud of you
I am taking my son to Japan in April for his graduation present. We are going for roughly 2 weeks and first few days will be in Tokyo. It is so big - do you have any suggestions on where we should stay? First time trip - on a budget - and want to be central to what college age students would be interested in. I am taking him and 2 friends. Not sure if you have ideas for Osaka, Kyoto and Hiroshima as well. I appreciate your help or ideas. Congratulations on VA!! That is actually where I am - about an hour and half Northeast of where you are.
