From 84 - 93 I lived in Polk Co. Auburndale. A dumpy trailer park on Recker Hwy. Pinehurst Dr. An then Jeans Rd. I loved the area an the people. The kids have fond memories of old fashioned bands at the gazebo an Cloggers at the park🤗 Along with the Strawberry Festival

I consider it "affordable" based on the fact that the majority of my clients have relocated from South Florida or out of state, so that is "affordable" to them. My content is usually found by people interested in Orlando, but some of those people are priced out which is why I make content on areas further out from Orlando. In my current videos I usually add the "Cost of Homes" as a pro and con depending on everyones individual situation.
