As a property manager, we work with people with bad credit or no credit. One thing we ask if they could get a cosigner on the lease.. If they can't get a cosigner, we ask for 1st last and security deposit, all the same price as the rent. For example, we charge $675 for a unit, so $675 x 3. If the landlord seems hesitant to rent because, of your credit score, let them know your willing to get a cosigner or pay more upfront to move in. I'm glad you brought up evictions. You don't want to get an eviction, it stays with you for 7 plus years. Here, at my complex, we don't except anyone that has had an eviction, no exceptions. People, pay your rent before anything. Before your utilities. Eat rice and beans if you have to. If you get in a bind and can't pay, try to pay as much as you can. Try to work with your landlord or rental company. If you have to, (not ideal) it's better to break your lease than get and eviction. Don't get an eviction! Good video, great info. Thanks.
Welcome to Austin, hope you really like it. I have lived in the area for years. There are a lot nice well behaved Pitbulls. Storm is awesome and I can’t imagine s anyone having a issue with such a well trained dog. Glad you are recovering so well from you accident.

Speaking from experience... There is never an better time later on vs now. Saying I need more money, I need this, once I have this blah blah. Sit with yourself in a room in silence and answers will just surface within you. We already have the answers, most just don't ever listen. I've moved across the country with $500 to my name and no car. Renting with people that were friends of friends. I landed a job within the first week, took public transportation for the next 2 years and built from there. Just Do it. Jump in and figured it out as you go. Have a framework of a plan but if you plan too much you will never do anything bold.
Texas is definitely the place for you! Can’t wait to see how it goes! You should definitely invest into a drone once you’re all situated.. happy for you
I used to live in Austin back in the 90s and am glad to see you end up there. It's such an amazing place to live. It seems that life is really going your way these days and that's so good to see. Congrats on the new job and safe travels brother.
