I wish I could like this video 10 times. I’m the same way girl, people look at me crazy for picking up and moving but hey! I’m bout that life. “Home” will always be there. I’m thinking about moving to Dallas in the next few months, this video was extremely helpful. Thank you! Also, Miami is amazing. I lived there for two years, go for it!

You ain’t lyin about the apartments! I decided two years ago I was moving to Dallas and I’m finally moving in 2 weeks and the apartment I’ve been watching for the past 2 years has gone up $500! I’m just glad I can afford it easily because whew

I really appreciate your videos. This is random but--- 🙈 what kind of workouts do you do with your nails? The work i do now requires shorter nails, but when i move i want to start getting my nails done... Pilates and yoga for example..would you do those with your nails?

buy a bedroom bathroom suite for yourself, no mortgage, in cash, with housemates (family, friends, spouse, etc) - for under $150k. Then, about $10k in ongoing costs for groceries and housing costs. This can scale up to a large or small residence. Point is, just do it, as soon as possible, to cut costs, and have more financial freedom - and cash flow.

Of course Dallas has more people Dallas is a bigger city that’s not what I meant by that statement. I’ve lived in both places, I’m talking about Dallas becoming an extremely popular place for young people to move to, especially African Americans, just as Atlanta was.

Secondly, if you re-read I did not state that Desoto was not modern I said that I’m not familiar with Desoto. I said Irving, in my opinion, is not AS modern as other places I’ve been. My modern and your modern may be two completely different things. Also, you can not tell me what not to say lol. I admire your passion, use it to start a RU-vid channel informing others from your ‘local’ point of view 🫶🏽
