I love your videos, thanks for posting them :) Like you I moved to Sarasota (from Colorado) not knowing anyone. People are so friendly here, it's really easy making friends. I'm so glad I took the chance and moved here :)
Hi Lisa, your frankness on moving to Florida really resonates with me as I am considering moving from CT to Florida.I currently am mortgage - free and looking to sell my house soon and retire. However I am turning 62 this year and dont qualify for medical benefits so it would be hard to leave my medical employment for the unknown future. I really appreciate your candor and content of these videos!
Im so glad you find my videos useful. It sounds like you have an exciting next chapter. Give me a call. I would love to help. 941373588 Thanks for watching!
We moved to Sarasota 2 yrs ago, and had a great agent. I would definitely use her again. But if I couldn't use my past agent, I would use this agent. She seems very detail-oriented, and goes beyond the normal effort. But most importantly, you can tell from her videos that she listens and thinks, and doesn't just try to sell you what's "hot" at the moment. Well done.
Honest conversation. Thinking about relocating to Florida from NYC. Sarasota is my first choice was contemplating St. Augustine, but, a little to pricey for condos. Anyhow thanks for the advice.
This is very helpful!. This is exactly what I'm going through. I've been trying to convince my mom and siblings to move out of NY but it seems like they like staying there even though they complain about how crazy ny has gotten and with all the trash being all over the place and rats everywhere. Apparently, I'm the only one that's looking to move and Florida has been on my top spot. Currently have a credit score of 700+. What should I do?. Make the move alone??. I am a single guy with no gf and no kids. My current job doesn't want to hire nobody and I have to do all the work. So much to think about. I truly need advice.
Making a big move is a lot of work. Take all things into consideration, weighing pros and cons. I always tell people to do the research and then trust their gut instinct.
Thanks for reaching out. I think a lot of soul searching needs to be made before a big move. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out.
