Hi Reas both in the video are 2 weeks growth. As it’s been so dry. When we get some rain they are weekly. The second lawn in the video is very weedy and missy so it is quite thick to cut and also stays green throughout the summer. Thanks for watching.

This time of year with first cuts were there might be more sticks around etc. Sharpen every few weeks. In main season all depends on my mood to be honest. Sharpened the 41 pro last week for the first time since last summer. Sharpened the prostripe today first time since I put a new blade on in feb. Was in a right old mess actually. Very soft blades. Hi Paul. Ideally I’d use Toro on all but side access makes a difference.

Gregs Mowing what do you think of the upgrades? I’m debating on weather to buy a 48 pro, my main concern is the speed- I know the other was too fast.

Ricky Downing I’m being a bit hesitant as this time last year they were all fresh and doing well. Then we had rain and it wasn’t brilliant. The speed is better and the new engine on the 48 should be a lot better. I’ve not used it personally but others have said it’s very good. So far the new blade has done well. But I’m still being cautious as I said. It’s definitely not worse 🧐
