I saw in another newscast that he was reported for not having a permit. The city, instead, helped him with getting a permit. We need more of these stories!

Definitely nice that the city helped the young man instead of making it harder on him. They could have easily just gave him a notice and explained to him and his parents “hey you can’t do this anymore sorry” But they didn’t do that. Instead they assisted him and helped him hand and hand. Very nice of the city 🔥

The police would rather help him do the right thing than to arrest him and have to put him in jail because he robbed or he was dealing drugs so they passed the hat to make sure that he had what he needed to keep his business successful!

I fully support the young man and his endeavors, and the health department/police department did the right thing in helping him out to realize his goals. However, why does everybody get so mad and scream racism when somebody reports a person for selling without a permit? If a permit is required, a permit is required.

Colonel Angus Ok why would any grown person call anybody on pre teen kids making money??? It shows what kind of person they are. If you really want to help someone get a permit, go talked to the kid personally and not be sneaky and anonymous.

Minneapolis becomes more and more something like one huge ghetto. Small wonder many people leave Minneapolis for other cities in Hennepin County such as Eden Prairie, Minnetonka, Plymouth, Maple Grove, Bloomington, Edina, Richfield, Saint Louis Park, Golden Valley, Brooklyn Center and Brooklyn Park.
