hahaah glad people are giving this band a go. They seem all over the place at first... so they alienate people. It's amazing how much it starts making sense after a few listens though. They squeeze about 5 songs into one...

My favourite line "You will hate life more than life hates you". It's so true!

Well I don't know what I was expecting but I think you actually kinda enjoyed that lol I think you're getting used to Bungle now 😎 it does take some time especially since every album is so different which is why we're taking so long getting to Disco Volante, an incredible album but seriously it's so complex and has so much to it, songs don't even sound like songs at first lol but anyway we're gonna get there 😝😅 Thank you for the reaction ❤️

I know, I know...Sounds like The Beach Boys, but "...they`re moving too fast! Stop the Earth, I wanna get out..!":D Looking like this, a subjective feeling for the song is it looks kinda short.Wrong!:) Sonic illusion.:)) =Through the master-art of ingenious composition. ;) You have surf, motown, rudiment r`n`r, early pop...and those little metal-atrocities.:D Bungle after all..:) The lyrics is what usually connects all those parts , and that goes for this one as well.;) A little sunny, a little gloomy, I see the look of the landscape that describes Florida facilities for the elderly. Still, the main character is a bit special among the other tenants. He`s still a rebel, like if James Dean never really died, but has fallen into old age, he misses his youth, longing for similar action even then. :) But he ain`t getting any..:( Or old James Bond, removed, set aside and forgotten by everyone...It's both sweet and sad at the same time. It`s also a mockery of the famous `27 club` (celebrities who passed away at that age), yet - a glorification of what comes as a general engine of their mojo, that mystical `Energy of Everlasting Youth`, which is being evoked, ubiquitous and which never really dies. ;) However, our (old) hero longs to embrace that energy even if it means a suicide at his age, instead of just staying in a wheelchair and slowly rotting ..The modern world strangely resembles the fluffiness of his early, mild, r`n`r & romantically naive time of `50s, but only outside. Today`s world is a facade, made for a weak and superficial youth, and society in general. It has no soul in it. :) And he`s an old school dude.:) No one rocks like him...Everyone today is suffocating in this air-conditioned nightmare for the human race .. And he`s willing to step up from a wheelchair and die like a man. He may`ve forgotten who he is in his illness, but he is still fighting for the last blow. Under the pleasant sun, here on sand...he finally finds - his rainbow...and a halo. :) The song sounds heavenly at the very end of it so ...I guess Catharsis was really made. :) Peace!
