I had the privilege of working with Charlie Brown as a cocktail waiter in her Backstreet Atlanta Cabaret for several years in the early 90's. She was known as the Undisputed Bitch of the South, but was always kind to everyone. It was a great job and some of my fondest memories are of her and the entire cast. Thank you for the good times Charlie.

Usually I prefer queens who sing live but when they can lip-sync as good as this diva can I will watch. More often than not queens are glitter and paint with no real singing/lip-synch abilities. Charlie Brown is and has always been a splendid performer. Much love and respect Lady Brown. You are simply the best!

I know this video is a few years old, but Charlie looks better than ever. Known her since......er.....1977. Sweetgum with Rachel, Tasha, Mark, Joanie, and the whole crew. Loved her then, love her now. A pure heart of gold. God Bless & stay your gorgeous self.

Atlanta was great 90's lots of fun. The Chamber / Jungle was fun also , what a great space for performers and Armory , Backstreets . Loved the show's all over , plus band spaces all around. Charlie and Lilly were hilarious. May Charlie rest in peace 🕊️.

I only got to see Charlie perform at Backstreet in '94, and although I was the only straight girl in the group I was with that night, I loved it. I wish I could have seen more shows, and I definitely wish I could have seen him and Lily White really work their magic while Ms. Lily was still with us.

When l first came out, my friends took me to see Charlie Brown and l try to get to ATL to see her every chance I get. I got to see her at Lip's during Gay Pride 2018. I look forward to Pride in the ATL hopefully for 2021.

hes lost alot of weight ive seen the show of his once at his club in backstreet and another time when he came to my town for dudes some of them would fool you
