Mr. Fischoeder being the most chaotic character on Bob's Burgers 

A thing I find the most quirky about him is when he immediately dips whenever he wants. Just a simple “gotta go!” “Goodbye” or in the middle of a conversation. It’s so rude. I love it.

my favourite thing about him is how he doesn't call any of the Belcher family by their names except Bob. they're all "burger babies", "lady bob", "belcher child" 😂

I like Mr. Fischoeder, he's such a bizarre character. One of my favorite moments of him is when him and his brother revealed to Bob that he kinda reminds them of their dad. Lowkey quite wholesome.

I love that Fischeoder can balance being an evil rich bastard and yet somehow still be likeable. Like, it's SO hard to like a landlord in any capacity but Calvin manages to at least be a decent person to the Belchers. He doesn't charge them extra for their frequently late rent, he gives them a lot of opportunities for free months, and it seemed like he actually would have been willing to sit down and listen to Bob if he'd came to talk to him about the rent hike.

In the real world Fischoeder would have been arrested multiple times. In Family Guy he would have started out like this before becoming an iredeemable monster/pervert further down the line. But here he remains gleefully cheerful and able to get off the hook largely by leaving the room at the right time. There's a great bit in the new series where he's managed to get baked on mushrooms and is trying to fight the clouds.
