😍I know this video,i watched it several times,it's made by a boy from Mexico and I think it's the most beautiful presentation made about România by a person from another country. We romanians also think about nature when we think about our country we have the saying "iarba verde de acasa" that means "the green grass from home". It's a pain there's no more woods for us the mountain and woods are our home that's where we hide for centers from invasions, that's how we survived and today their cut and destroyed is so sad for us. Drobogea is so arid because it is the oldest the most cordate form of relief of Romania. Once in Dobrogea they were very big mountains probably bigger then the Alps or Carpathians but because of the coronation and because the rocks there are very soft and transforms constantly in sand they transformed in the hills you see. In time it will probably disappear that's why the animals are on extinction. Its a region that is changing fast sadly 😢😢😢

Hi again man . Many historians say that " The romanian people is a miracle ", because from two thousand years ago ( from the Roman empire conquest), hundreds of migratory people have passed through the territory of the romanian kingdoms ( Muntenia, Moldavia and Transilvania). The kingdom of Moldavia was very big but Russia stole half from oldest Moldavia ( the current Republic Moldavia). However, the romanian people kept their language, Christian faith and traditions. We had many fights with Russian Empire, Austro-Hungarian Empire and especially with Otoman Empire. 😢🎉Respectly, Cristian

Can you imagine how hard it is to build those Castles in the middle of nowhere? It's harder than building the pyramids. Today it's easy, we have the infrastructure, we can transport resources everywhere. Back then I think they were transported by horses.

Văd tânăra generație care vrea lux, bitcoini și nu se gândesc la țară. Am plecat de nevoie, dar nu este zi să nu mă gândesc la România. We do have many day trips hiking trails or a few hours, but we also have Via Transilvanica, hiking trail fairly recent established 2018 i think, about 900 miles, goes through many counties, hundreds of communities, a dozen UNESCO world heritage sites, haven't done it yet but it's on the bucket list.

The Peles castle is a pure jewel,is one of the most beautiful castles in eastern Europe. Transylvania is unique,many foreigners visit this amazing region,and they never live.I know that because i was born here.

Baiatul a terminat facultatea de teologie ortodoxa si a fost dascal in biserica ortodoxa la cel mai mare cimitir din Bucuresti si cel mai cunoscut .Numele cimitirului este Bellu sau Serban Vodă.Nu are atestat de istoric dar in acel cimitir sunt inmormatati toate casele mari boieresti .Acolo afli istoria interbelica si regala din Romania plus toti scritori si poeții nationali români,Eminescu ,Arghezi , Caragiale care au pus baza culturi Românești

No mr giant Dobrogea is not a cold place on the contrary is the warmest place in Romania, almost no winter climat there.. and the Dobrogea mountains are the oldest in Romania, milion years older than the Carpathians

Yes we go camping in that area where is Barajul Vidraru , where you stoped to ask😂❤ yes we have mostly ortodox churches & we are in this religion but we are not extremist. For example now in owr country we are not allowed to eat something from animals 40 days untill the pascal celabration but not all off us keep it , owr popes say : do not force someone to love God or to keep the fasting , let them come to God because they feel so . Excuse my bad english, hope you will understand❤

I have a small correction regarding Romania s place in Europe . Europe strtches from the Atlantic to the ural mountains . From the most western part of Romania to the Atlantic , there are aprox 2900 km. From the most north part of Romania to the north of the continent , there are aprox 2900 km . From the most eastern part of Romania to the Ural mountains . there are aprox 2900 km . the only smaller distance is in the south . Who knows where Romania is located on the map of Europe ?

Some movies where film in those castlles from our country like : A princess for Christmas , Wensday( Adams Family) , and i now one where ( old ) Jonny Depp & Winona Rider got merried in a romanian ortodox church by a real priest but i don' t remember the name, i am sure someone in the comments will say. Jonny Depp feel in love & he came here again to visit us & feel in love with a kipsy band ( Taraf de Caliu ) & made a documentary about they re live & art of singing & play the instruments ( they recieved a big award & came to America after Jonny made them famos ) listen to Taraf de Caliu when you have time.

at 24:10 you're getting it wrong about the churches and architectures. The first schools in Romania and Europe where in churches, and priests where also teachers. After that, architecturally speaking, the architects joined famous schools in Italy, Austria and France where they've learned their craft and returned home. On some regions, the architects where Austrians and Hungarians (case or cities like Timisoara, Arad, Resita, Oradea, Cluj-Napoca) and they just followed the design rules learned in school. The Baroque, Renaissance and other styles applied to the buildings depends on the time they where build ; ofcourse, we have also a couple of Romanian styles in architecture, dating from 1700 onwards

The video is great, although I would prefer you to watch English videos so you can enjoy the pictures without having to read so many subtitles.

right. there are many times when the translator does not do the job properly. for me as a romanian drives me crazy, because some thing are totaly wrong. but, to be fair, the video is impressive and does a good job for romania. even so, they presented just parts of the wonders of the beautiful romania, there are many more to be seen. what could they present in 45 minutes?!

Something funny from our country. No matter in what house or school or place you go you will find for sure a image ,a painting , a frame with Jesus or Saint Mary or a saint etc something for you to pray on. Maybe that s why we keept our land because God protects us . I believe prayers really help us
