CG had the 4th sticker for about 3 days but couldn't turn it in because the next part wasn't implemented yet. It got added on Saturday, and a lot of CG take the weekend off, so they wouldn't be able to do it until Monday. Devs probably felt bad that CG couldn't turn it in for like 5-6 days so they reserved the gold trophy for them since they would have been done last week had it been in the game Also CG was 2nd not 3rd

The heist wasn't unlocked yet when they completed the stickers, so it registered them first... when they added it in during the weekend didn't change they were the first to solve the next step..

Its because cg got all 4 stickers way before anybody else but couldnt turn the last one in because the last step wasnt in the game yet
