I used to take anti anxiety medications. I started walking 4-6 miles a day, meditating for 15 minutes, eating healthier foods, and reading the Bible. Also, having good friends helps!

I recently found your channel from looking up 7 days to die tours and since then I have watched several of your videos, especially the house tours and currently watching "These 7 Days To Die PLAYERS are INSANE! - CITY BUILDING!". Glad to see you're not hiding or letting your eternal thoughts control you. They say if you think about something long enough, you will reprogram your mind to believe in that issue. I understand what you're going through. I'm sorry you're dealing with this. As someone who's struggled with depression/anxiety for the last 20 odd years, it sucks. Also, dealing with chronic pain is not easy to live with, especially when your brain thinks you're in danger 24/7. Stay strong. 💪

I suffer with anxiety on an almost daily basis so i empathize, you're not alone. Btw don't google medical conditions/symptoms, before you know it you will discover you're ill with everything. Keep on keeping what you do, try to keep positive and keep up the good work!

I am the complete opposite about being alone. I love just being in my own head. It's constantly dealing with people that starts to hit me. Unfortunately, I am middle management at work, so it's hard to avoid it!

You can only get hiv if you get it inside you or your mouth not just by touching it unless you get it inside a wound, but hiv can stay unnoticed in your body for years.
