This right here is my new favourite scene of the show. Everything about it was executed perfectly. The frantic time lapse cutting between the shots of him the keyboard and the screen, the soundtrack, Elliot's narration finding it impossible to believe that there's a version of him out there who's truly happy. The reveal of the drawing. This is truly kino. Bravo Esmail
What I love about this scene, is that most of the hacking is skipped. This makes sense, because all this is taking place in Elliot's mind and not an actual machine. The hacking in this scene is just a metaphor for the master mind exploring the Elliot's mind.
I really love this moment 2:47 when you instantly realise that POV Elliot is actually only shadow side of himself, he looks like some kind of monster from deep consciousness
@Zmzxz Zmzxz The "Elliot" we know from Season 1-4 is not the real Elliot but one of the five personalities that live in Elliot's Body. The fake Krista in "Elliot's" Mind explains that in the last episode of Season 4. The "Elliot" we know is another personality like Mr Robot himself called "High Mind" or "Master Mind". If I got it right then the High Mind took over the control of Elliot's body a few weeks or months before the plot of Season 1 starts. The real Elliot is the one who was supposed to marry Angela in the last two or three episodes of Season 4 and was killed by the High Mind, the "Elliot" in the black Hoodie. Besides the High Mind (black hoodie) and the real Elliot himself there also live Mr Robot, Elliot's Mum and his younger self (that was created right after he jumped out of the window because of the sexual abuse by his father) in Elliot's body. As we could see with the goodbye between the High Mind "Elliot" and Darlene, the High Mind gave up his control over Elliot's body and gave it back to the real Elliot who was "imprisoned" in this "alternative" reality, that's actually in Elliot's/High Mind's mind. I hope you understand it better now. It's a little complicated, I know :)
@@G59METH The hospital scene takes place in the real world. The mastermind woke up for awhile, said his last words to darlene and finally gave back control to the real Elliot.
4x11/12 Was the show briging back the essence of what made the the Mr Robot series so amazing. And this right here.. This is one of the greatest scenes in the whole damn show.
Mr Robot: *executes a script that emails a phishing attack to everyone on a list in order to gain access to a cell phone tower as part of a larger hack* Also Mr Robot: *.jpeg* "these are images"
My view is: he has personality problems and let the feelings of one of this personalities took over him. It was his anger personality. I think he couldn't control his rage, then it took the place his other feelings. The real Elliot, a mix of all his feelings, then has gone forgotten.
@@renz2k You really didnt watch the show did you? Mr. Robot couldnt protect real elliot from the world just via his mind, so Mastermind Elliot got created to actually get rid of the evil that elliot hated (E corp, pedophiles (Ron), generally bad people (Kristas asshole partner), ect.). After doing this, the real elliot could finally reemerge and enjoy his life without being tormented by the evils of the world. If you have disassociate identity disorder you dont just get a new personality because you "wanted to have a superhero personality", its because its what your system felt was neccesary to protect you from the world. for example Mr. Robot was created because elliot had to have somebody to protect him from his dad molesting him. It's a similar thing with Mastermind Elliot.
Can someone break this down a little bit? I mean, he probably got the password 'cause actually, he knew it for the reasons you know. AFAIK Bitlocker Cypted Disks can't be hacked even with aggressive brute-force. Maybe File Vault is a little weaker so there's room for some hacking. I don't know... gimme some light in the comments.
need to make a mitm attack against the mainframe so you can get the cloud hash, from there you need to crack the vga bit so you get access to the SDR. once you're into the kubernetes config you will need valid auth codes so you can obtain the admin creds, only then you will be able to get your payloads to work so you can get the inerwebs to play nice and log you into the computer. But, if the account has 2fa then it will be tricky as on top of this you need to DoS the cracked hashes with john and or ZAP so you can use firefox's hackbar to find the second factor token before you can crack the password
I took the liberty of writing down what I can see when he wrote the cracker, but obviously this is not correct. it lacks variable declarations and handling of other passed arguments, like the dictionary he used mount_dir=`/tmp/fsoc if [[ ! -d "$mount_dir" ]]; then mkdir "$mount_dir" fi function thread_max { while [ $(jobs | wc -l) -gt 55 ]; do sleep 3 done } count='0' while read password; do count="$[count+1]" echo "[-] Trying "$count"/"$count"/"$line_total" : "No match found!" thread_max; /root/apfs-fuse/build/bin/apfs-fuse -r "Password match found!" "$mount_partition" "$mount_dir" >$password" " && kill "$killswitch" || continue & done < "$password"
ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-DpTwIy5q7NU.html&feature=emb_title using AHA music identifier extension on chrome, doesn't always work but worth a shot!
To be honest some people think it's just matter of freelancing and easy paths, but thats not true. Avoid any shortcuts, have the passion, take an IT career at a university and it will work
Computer science and Cyber security mostly. Computer science for the deeper understanding of computers on the hardware and software level, and Cyber security for deconstructing speicfic systems for flaws and staying ahead of cracker trends.
They only show basic commands that people can authenticate. When it comes to complex code, they either zoom out or cut back and forth to ensure you don't know it's absolute garbage lol.
Is this is meant to be Elliot's real personality it doesn't add up. If mastermind only appeared recently where is the real Elliot's none black clothes, his friends and his old life?
It's heavily implied that before the mastermind was created, The real Elliot still had trouble dealing with his past and was a social recluse. Darlene once said "You don't go out because you're...you". Darlene also mentioned that she didn't know how to help Elliot, which is why she left. In season 1 episode 4, During The Masterminds withdrawal scene, he accidentally visited the fake world he locked Elliot in, and met Angela there, who tells him "You're not going to do it are, you...save the world...Makes sense, you were ONLY BORN A MONTH AGO" And then "You are not the real elliot, you're the m-" and the scene cuts off. It's highly likely that The Mastermind personality was born slightly before the first episode started, when he formed Fsociety and got his job at allsafe and stuff. The mastermind was formed to carry Elliots rage, pain, negative emotions etc. And when he was formed, He gained so much control that he was able to lock The real elliot into the fake world he created and completely changed how his life went. So yeah, the real elliot in that fake world doesn't remember everything that actually happened in his life. Only at the final scene, where the mastermind, mr robot, the mother, and young elliot personalities sat together in the cinemas, their memories all transferred to the real Elliot as he finally regained control and woke up. Which is also why his eyes start tearing up.
