MS Word Tutorial - Select Objects Behind Text

For anyone struggling with Mac's Microsoft Word: Go to Layout > Arrange > Selection Pane. There should be a list of all the images in that document. You can select it from there.

Would have appreciated the tip "use Select|Object on Home Tab" at the first of the video, then the long explanation about how the problem is created, instead of the other way around. This works great unless you have two or more objects stacked. Haven't figured out how to address this, nor can I seem to find anyone that has.
