Fish can be picky eaters too!
That's the challenge for Yihang, an officer from the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) whose job is to “design” nutritious and yummy fish food so that the fishes we rear for consumption can grow more quickly and healthily. This will help to ramp up sustainable fish production in Singapore.
Agrotech research like this can help meet our 30-by-30 goal to develop the capability and capacity of our local agri-food industry to produce 30% of our nutritional needs locally by 2030.
