NOTE: This tutorial still covers the Working Title Mod of the CJ4, but it also fully applies to the new AAU1 CJ4. Only some features have been stripped out, like the simBrief FP download.
Welcome to another complete and extensive maximum realism aircraft tutorial, this time covering the Working Title CJ4, a free addon modification for the default Cessna Citation CJ4 of MSFS, which takes this business jet to a whole new level.
We are flying the most current version 0.11.1 with many exciting features that all get explained in this video, like a full cold'n'dark startup, simBrief integration, METAR weather datalink, the integrated checklist system, all the PFD and MFD menus and how to navigate them, the autopilot and VNAV operation, an ILS landing, etc. Unfortunately I can't show the new Navigraph charts integration as I don't have an active subscription right now. After the WorkingTitle CJ4 Mod got implemented into the base simulator via the "Aircraft and Avionics Update", many things have improved with the plane, but also some functions have been removed. This includes (most notably) the simBrief integration, the checklists and the passenger announcements. Also the PFD/MFD menu navigation has changed a little bit.

Eines der besten Videos die ich bis jetzt von der CJ4 gesehen hab. In knapp einer Stunde alles gezeigt, wo andere bekannte Tutorialer mehr als 10 Videos zeigen. Trotz Englisch ist der logische Aufbau und die Bildfolge einfach super gemacht. Auch ist hier nicht dieses nervöse rumgefuchtel mit der Maus/Cursor vorhanden. Es wird alles in Ruhe und sachlich erläutert und erklärt. Einfach weiter so, es hat richtig Spass gemacht dabei zu zusehen.

Tremendous tutorial. I've been holding off switching up from turboprops to jets as it seems quite daunting but this tutorial has given me the confidence and knowledge to try the CJ4. Many thanks.

It seems that I had a little brainfart while explaining the battery amps and the GPU. Of course when the GPU is connected, the battery shouldn't be discharging any longer. Maybe the value on the systems page is static and not modelled yet. Cheers guys, thanks for watching :)

Thank you for this video. I'm very new to MSFS, having started only about a month ago. I learned last week how to fly the A32nx from your video, and typed it into click-by-click instructions. I did the same with this video for the CJ4. You have a way of clearly and simply stating each step, without assuming we're a pilot ourself. I may not understand everything a pilot knows, but after watching your videos at least I can fly the plane. Thank you for making these videos, and I'm looking forward to your next ones.

Very good tutorial. Straight and too the point. Have not flown the CJ4 yet but have been wanting too and found most of the other tutorials just too long winded while not providing the content needed to actually start, program and fly the dang plane. Nice work man !!!
