Deduction Allowable in F.Y. table in 18th Point Date of Invoice - 20-03-2024 Agreement Time Limit - 45 days Due date as per agreement - 03-05-2024 Due date as per MSME act - 03-05-2024 Actual payment date - 25-04-2024 So, why this payment is not allowed in F.Y. 23-24, In your table shows in F.Y. 24-25 in deduction allowed.

Guru ji काफी वार एसा भी हो सकता है की कुछ Sundery Creditors एसे भी हो सकते है अब तो वो मना कर देंगे की हमारे पास नहीं है MSME Registration लेकिन मार्च के बाद पता चला की उसका Registration है उस केस मे क्या करना है

ek creditor se last year ka forwarded balance h 30 lakh ND maine un se is year bhi purchase Kiya is year ka purchase Mera 50 lakh h so total 80 lakh hogya toh sir agar m unko 50 lakh pay kr deta hu ND balance 30 lakh Bach jaega Jo ki Mera opening balance bhi tha toh kya is pr koi disallowance hoga ya nhai sir ya phir mujhe unka Pura 80 lakh hi pay krna h.

Ma'am, 15 days suppose 20 March ko complete ho Raha hai, Maine 29th March ko cheque Diya supplier ko, wo cheque supplier ne 20th April ko bank me deposit Kiya and same day clear ho gaya. Kya exp 23-24 me allow hai ya 34-25 me?
