No matter how many times I tried, I could not fit the sweat band of the hat under the metal tab, even after I loosened the screws on the tab. Can I skip this step? Also, as a customer, this video is clearer easier to understand than the provided video on the customer portal. Hope this feedback helps in the future

None of the sweat bands on the hats that were sent with my machine will go under the metal peice

Yes you can! You can use the screws on the side to loosen it a bit.

The hat in trying to hoop is to tight where the clip is can that be adjusted
