Mountain biking at Plenty Gorge now has something for everyone. Jumps, jank, flow and loads and loads of trails. Rohin, Sean and I took a trip out there to see what's new. We also met up with Caron and a bunch of his crew. Great riding with you boys!

I have been to plenty gorge a few times, I can’t work out why everyone raves about it. All I ever do is spend bulk time looking at trail forks due to nothing being marked and multitude of trails.Another classic video though…. Keep it up

Top video Hamish. I liked the editing and the music was better too. I went out to the Gorge yesterday and there is just so much to explore and enjoy out there. Having the water features and bridges with berms and, technical stuff and jumps it's one of Melbourne's gems. full credits to the to the track builders and maintenance crews.

I have been riding around here the last couple of months and the trails have degraded quite a bit since this video. Definitely makes for a tougher ride.

The Gorge is my local trail network, can ride out to it. Love all the trails you showcased, Jolti, DH jumps, Capra's, Long & Winding, white cow. You missed the log ride near crop circles and the sandy exposed goodness of the goat track nth

A place guaranteed to get you hot, lost and frustrated. Take someone who has learnt all the intricacies of the trails or stop every few minutes to look at trailforks, that's assuming you have this place as a free area. Best thing is the Blue Lake swimming hole.

I tested that helmet for you last night mate. Have the exact same one, smacked the back of my head on concrete hard enough to dent it. Was amazed I wasn't even dizzy or anything! Got a bit of whiplash in my neck but no headache today or anything else. Solid helmet, glad I spent the extra $$$.

Awesome to see you are back riding trails again, stay safe. I recently picked up a insta360x2 absolutely awesome for filming and getting some great shots from pretty cool angles! Especially with the invisible selfie stick

Hey wondering if you have any plans to get anywhere outside of the 25km area now that metro can I suggest the new Sunbury trails which keep getting love over the recent lockdown and now have a large jump to session at the top of the trails Along with a lot of new well built jumps set up around the mountain.

I’ve tried to like PG, but just find it too rough and random, with some super sketchy sections that appear without warning. Based on the video, it might be a case of knowing the right trails, and somehow finding where they are!

Right down south end of plenty gorge, it’s called jumps track

There are 2 lines you can take as it splits but you will end up in the same place, the eskers jump which you can see in the vid are on ‘b line and you go left at the split. If you want to take it a level up you can go right instead of left onto ‘a line’ which has 1 double and a few tabletops. If you want to go even further case of spades is around the corner.
