Hope your on the mend, I'm also down with COVID, pretty mild though. Man I found some issues following this, simply can not sit back on my feet like that so the last excercise was a no go and was getting pins and needles in arm during the lat stretch and legs on the hams stretch! Work to do, everyday this week while I have no excuses!
Thanks for the vid! I’ve been battling through hip mobility issues for a while now, especially when doing the workouts, so its always great to see this type of video drop. The variety is great so keep it up. Get well soon!!
Feel this deserves another comment for the algorithm, followed through (makes me laugh every time 🙄) again this morning and noticeable improvement on the 90-90
Bloody brilliant this. A lot of stretches I knew but different activation techniques. Adding the longer times in (2 mins vs my usual minute) made a big difference. Def need more these, cheers jonny
Amazing video! Thanks so much (also can't believe you went through that whole thing while feeling sick) Lots of dedication on your part AND to that I dedicated the full stretch cause I had no excuses ;)
Great video if muted. Love the part where you say doing this type of stretching will give you 10x the benefit of a massage gun.... two totally different things. Stretching and elongating a muscle won't release all the knots etc or increase the blood flow quite the same or as much as a massage gun or sports massage..... but nah nah I'll just do a quad stretch and will be sound....
haha! My voice is an acquired taste, I'll admit that. I'm not sure a massage gun would release knots though.... have you had positive results you can share? Acupuncture and sports massage I totally support for acute muscle tension.
Going to have to try some of these….. my right hand side clicks doing leg raises then that side of my back hurts for days after… think everthing is a tad tight 😂 proof in pudding can’t get my legs up like I used to 😂
Thanks for this workout especialy for hips. Got small problem with last one due to broken ankle 5 years ago. I still have a problem with ankle mobility , Maybe some streching will help for that too.
