Did this after the stretching, by the end I was working hard enough to forget when I first dropped! It wasn't great, first excercise since last Wednesday

Damn got trough but that leg up and roatate stuff is still a goal to target and focus on. Without it ill manage barly to the end but that leg stuff is brutal.

6:01 on a 10mins timer.only 1 side plunk rotation for each side...then hollow....then dead.....it was really brutal...
