I used to run a deck similar to this, but I would run it with Radish as my commander, and then have elves to provide me with a walking mana ramp. Was pretty fun to play - will try and pick up this deck at some point, just to compare it against my dragons....

Just picked up the deck today it really looks fun. Almost put it up there with my epic sliver commander deck. For the price the deck is well worth it. Can't wait to try it.

At $5 on average for set boosters and at $20-$25 for this deck (seriously varies depending on where you go) you can get a max of 5 set boosters. That's 60 cards total. A commander, as most know already, has a 100 cards. That they've at least been somewhat synchronized to work together just makes this a phenomenal deal. Even if precons from good old Wizard's of the Coast are notorious for being far from competitive, this is still a great gift idea that they can then fine tune as needed and/or to their liking. I'm watching this for the deck list as I picked up one and have yet to open mine. Can't help but notice that Atarka got an upgrade. Same identical card as from Fate Reforged, only now he's a mythic.

Factory errors happen, so you might've gotten a bad batch? This is most common with cards printed in the US.
