I run a similar deck on arena but I play Muldrotha, If it dies you have all sorts of other graveyard recursions, its great INFINITE VALUE!

I don't understand all of the Vivien hate. Teferi is much stronger and isnt ban worthy. Me personally, I dont understand the fear of these walkers lately. None of them are unbeatable. If your deck cant handle Walkers then you really need to go back to the drawing board. End of rant. Keep up the awesome videos

I think the problem people have with Vivien is: 1. She stacks easier than Teferi; 2. Unless you get screwed on your opening hand or run out of mana, midrange decks have a good board control through creatures, which makes a lot easier to play Vivien and assure she will stay on battlefield; 3. Last but not least, she's the creature's guy Teferi. Once both of them enters the battlefield, the opponent has to play against the clock to beat them, and no one likes this

The fear to walkers its because red decks can't do almost anything about them. Any other deck could properly handle it.

Dayne Godwin yeah sure but if gets the +1 counters and gains life a burn deck will spend spells trying to kill it, while the opponent gains life, you just get far from killing the opponent either way, less spells and more life to deplete

Do you prefer tendershoot dryad to biogenic ooze? I took a bit more aggro approach to this deck, using the incubation Druids and Growth Chamber Guardians. It's so crazy having like 8 mana on turn 4 for a nice 6/6 hydra

I like your changes to the sideboard. Unmoored ego is a good call against nexus. Duress is great, though. Cry, dryad, and eldest reborn are the cuts I would make.

Sorcerous Spyglass call Nexus or Tefferi? There is also Unmoored Ego in the main deck. Considering how predictable deck builds are, if you main decked either or both of them you could pre-empt troubles before they spell defeat.

Sultai is the colour for krasis but I've gone unbeaten with a more control based build today 3 discovery/dispersal 2 thought erasure 3 Assassins trophy 2 find/finality 4 growth spiral 4 chemisters insight 2 ravenous chupacabra 3 vraska's contempt 2 nightveil predator 4 frilled mystic 1 Biogenic ooze 1 vraska relic seeker 2 hungering hydrA 4 hydroid krasis Plus 23 land. Might drop biogenic ooze for 24th land Should note that I haven't been matched with monored yet

People play mono red burn so wrong these days... Esp with the cards from the new expansion. All those creatures is just bad. You only need Electrostatic Field x4 and Guttersnipe x4, the rest are spells and lands x20.

Why even run krasis? Nine out of ten times I'd rather play doom whisperer in that deck. A 6/6 frample on turn 4/5 is just better than a 3/3 trample draw 1 heal 1.

Because Krasis is way better late. On 5 mana Doom Whisperer is obviously better, but when you reach the late game and have 10+ mana, suddenly that Krasis provides huge card advantage as well as a big body, and the card advantage even triggers when countered. Since decks run a lot of destruction, you're unlikely to win early, so late game power becomes a lot more relevant. Also, because the deck runs Llanowar, that ramp can get out of hand really quickly.

I mean I understand it can be better late game but i dont think the deck is more reliable than golgari midrange just because you add a couple krasis(krasi*?). I'd still rather play DW 9 out of ten times.

@@trippyziggy9549 Nah man, Doom Whisperer runs afoul of a ton of removal and/or counterspells. That obviously can happen with a Krasis, but when it happens, a Krasis will leave you with card advantage (and some life which helps a few matchups). Krasis is the most powerful card in the format and as you play more games against it, you'll start to see it.

Just not strong enough against some of the other decks out there. It'll get a good amount of wins but I doubt it'll win a big tournament but maybe make it to top eight

Why the game one mulligan? That was a perfectly reasonable hand. I feel like I can’t watch your videos of you playing the newest decks because you never pilot them correctly.
