I have the older model of this MiFi. I've been contemplating whether I should get the new model, but I'm still curious to know if this new model is faster than the older one. Is it any faster?

Hi , I just got mine now , it came with a SIM card already , pls do I need to go to an MTN office to register the sim , or is it already registered considering it came with the sim ? Pls
i charged my own and suddenly its not turning on but when i connect the charger the battery side turns on green but when i remove it and on it no light come out at all
Please I need explanation on why they added a memory card space in this garget and what excertly is the side button used for. Because have watched like 2 videos and nobody is talking about these 2 features and their uses. Another problem is that seriously mtn need to upgrade this garget. I bought mine at one mtn office and I was shocked when they told me I shouldn't use the cord that came with it because it will damage the battery. And I was like so why put it there? This country shaa😢. Ever since I bought it. I don't know when it's charging and when it's not charging. I will plug it and it choose to charge when it like and stop charging atimes when the battery is still low. Despite the original charge I got for it.

This is a common sign that there is no longer valid data available on that Modem or the signal strength has dropped so much. Kindly check your data balance. Sometimes, it might be a temporary downtime from MTN but is should not last the whole day

Thanks for your question. Since you have forgotten the password, simply press the reset button to reset the mifi, then login with the default password.
@@ugwuegbuhuldah1368 The rest button is like a tiny hole, if you've seen phones with inbuilt batteries you'll notice they do have sim card tray ejector so your MiFi has that kind of hole you just have to find it and find a pin to push it
Thanks for this. I did not get the mifi bonus on activation,is it okay to take out the sim from the mifi,put it in my phone and send activate to 131? Will I get the data then?
@MrElijahacademy this same mifi you posted, the light that has the WIFI symbol doesn't come on on mine, so I can't access the internet I've tried resetting but it didn't work

Also, would you pick a router over mifi? Based on internet speed I'm actually in the middle of making a decision and I need your help I just need something that has a faster speed. Should I go for the mifi, and is that M30S the best? Or I go for a router..and which router would you recommend. MTN works best in my area, so it still has to be MTN, except there's another mifi or router producer that'd give me a better speed. Pls.. expecting your response

Sometimes it happens that way and when you add additional data , It works. (2) And Sometimes, it is just a temporary downtime. And if you leave it for sometime, service will be restored
i don't recommend this for anyone.. You have to charge it full before you start using it, it doesn't charge when in use, if you're using and charging, the battery still runs down and goes of by itself. It is a waste of money
@@Amynwa159 Open the back, battery on. Power on device Find where 'reset' is written. Stick a pin into the tiny hole until the lights blink and turn off Power on again and it's back to factory setting.
