I just got this mifi and set it up. It’s working well but the Wi-Fi,battery and network light doesn’t show even though the device is ON and active. What do I do
Hi Mr Elijah, i bought my mTN mifi and it works well with the mtn sim attached to it but i tried using my glo sim it was showing red instead of green. I then checked on the mtn wifi site, on the site it said the sim is invalid what will i do about that sir?
Good afternoon, please, i got this same exact mifi yesterday and since i came home to use it. it hasn't been working. i connected to my laptop but it wasn't connected to the internet, i did a troubleshoot and it said DNS not detected and on my phone no internet connection but there is data in the sim. Please what can i do to fix this problem. Mind i used my sim card to test it at the place i got it and it worked and i packed up and left. Please i need your take on this matter

Mr. Elijah, the light that shows the wifi strength if off and the wifi is not working, i had to connect my system to it through my cord, then i saw that the wifi is set to disable, i tried to change it to enable but it will show success and return to disable again. How can i solve this issue please?
Please how do I reset the MiFi? Because I think the new password I put has been showing incorrect for a while now. So I need to reset it and use it as default
Thanks so much for your question. The reset button is by the side of the device. Please check very well to locate. WARNING: Before you do the reset, make sure you have the default Wifi Key available. You will need it to reconnect after the reset

On a glo phone dial *805# then Select an option (Airtime or Data) Select either Self or third party Recharge. Input Recharge Amount for self. Input Number to be credited for third party. Select bank to be debited from.
I bought my mtn MF935 LTE UFI 4G WiFi network yesterday, each time I subscribe 1gb, It won't last up to 5mins, and I've subscribed 1gb up to 5 times, none of them last up to 5mins, what's the problem? Please I need it to be rectified now
You need to set the network as metered connection when you connect to your laptop or computer otherwise it will be downloading updates all the time and zapping your data
@@sparkssmith2533 as long as its windows 10 and above, just know dat turning off auto updates won’t stop it from downloading, u have to meter ur data connection to stop it.

Before you purchase any mifi or router,make sure that type of network has a strong signal within your location. If not, use another network. Check of others around you are experiencing the same thing with their mifi. You can also run a speed test on that mifi at different locations to determine if the speed is affected by your location. Again, if you have tampered with the settings and you think it might be the cause, you can do a reset ( but make sure you have the default password available) . Experience shows that at times the problem might be from MTN Service. Their network service might be temporarily down. But such thing should not last for a whole day..
Mr. Elijah, I just bought this MF935 LTE Ufi Mifi last week. Yesterday in the morning, I switched it on for usage before I left the house, after some minutes, it switched off by itself and the Mifi has enough battery, so I opened it and removed the battery and put it back, it worked for a while, so I decided to remove the battery and keep it in a safe place thinking it was hot on something like that. When I came back, it worked well without giving any issues. So this morning I switched it on, after some minutes or close to an hour (I can't remember the time), it did the same thing again, I removed the battery and put it back, it worked a bit then off, so now I removed the battery and kept it the same way that I did before i left the house yesterday, pls sir what is the cause and the solution? Cause the battery is good and not swollen, and i connect to only 1 device
It is not norma for the device to function that way. Well, since it's just few days after purchase , My advice is for you to take it back to the place of purchase. They need to reconfirm it's functionality..

Have you tried doing a reset? Reset will restore it BUT make sure you still have the default password because it will also reset the password to ogininal one. Thanks
Please which password? There are two passwords involved. One is the website ( admin) password. The other is the wifi key. For both of them, you have to login to the dashboard by typing 192.168.0.1 on the web browser. And going to the appropriate place to change the needed password. Please try it and let me know the outcome..
